A trained decorator will arrive at your selected time slot to complete the decoration setup smoothly and professionally.
Please keep a stool or ladder ready to assist with ceiling and elevated decoration arrangements.
Decorations in hotel rooms or outdoor venues can be arranged with prior permission from the respective management.
All balloons, props, and decoration materials are provided on a rental basis and will be collected the following day.
Any issues related to the decoration setup must be reported within 2 hours after completion for prompt support and assistance.
Once the decoration setup process has started, cancellations or rescheduling requests will not be accepted.

Please handle all decoration items carefully, as balloons and decorative materials are delicate and may get damaged easily.
Keep the decoration setup away from direct sunlight, heat, or sharp objects to help balloons stay inflated and maintain their color.
Keep balloons away from small children, as broken or uninflated balloons may pose a choking hazard.
Balloons and decorative elements are installed using paper tape to ensure a clean and secure setup.
Helium balloons are not included in our decoration services due to safety and handling concerns.
After the event, gently remove the paper tape from walls or surfaces. If the tape sticks, use warm air from a hair dryer to remove it safely without causing damage.
Please arrange a chair or ladder for ceiling decorations. For installations above 10 feet in height, a proper ladder is required.
Some decoration materials and props are provided on a rental basis and must be returned after the event. Damaged or missing items may result in additional charges.
Ensure there is an accessible power source near the decoration area. Kindly arrange extension cords if needed for lighting or electric decorative items.
All reusable decoration items, except balloons, will be collected the following day after the event.
