1. What is Bdayfy.com?
Bdayfy.com is a website owned and operated by Bdayfy, a company registered with the relevant authorities. This page contains the terms and conditions that govern all orders placed on our site.
2. Delivery Timings:
For same-day deliveries, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be considered for delivery on the next day. While we strive to meet your requested delivery time, our regular delivery window is from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you have a preferred delivery time, you may mention it in the Special Instructions section at checkout. We will try our best to honor your request, but cannot guarantee exact timing.
Note: During peak periods (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, New Year’s Eve, etc.), or under special circumstances (like weather disruptions, strikes, or elections), we may face delays, and no cancellations will be allowed.
For Valentine's Midnight deliveries, expect delivery between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM.
3. Discounts:
All discounts are determined solely by the Bdayfy team. Please note that discounts and offers cannot be combined or used together.
4. Address Change:
If you need to change the delivery address, we can accommodate this request free of charge if made at least 48 hours before the delivery date. Any requests made after this time will not be entertained, and the order cannot be canceled. For products from the gift section, address changes will not be possible once the item has been dispatched.
5. Order Change:
If you wish to change your order, we can accommodate requests with any necessary monetary adjustments, provided the request is made 48 hours before delivery. Changes made after that time will not be entertained, and cancellations will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
6. Delivery Product:
Due to vendor variations and seasonal factors, the flower arrangements or other products may not be exact replicas of the images shown on the site. However, the quantity and quality of the product will remain the same. In the event of substitutions, we ensure they are of equal or higher quality. For cakes, the icing and design may vary based on local availability.
7. Service Complaints:
If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery via phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will review your concern and resolve it as promptly as possible.
8. Delivery Rules:
Delivery will follow the provided instructions. If the instructions state that the gift must be delivered directly to the recipient, it will not be given to anyone else. If the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the order, it will be considered delivered.
Bdayfy will attempt delivery only once. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons like incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be considered completed, and no redelivery will be arranged.
9. Substitution Policy:
Occasionally, product substitutions may be necessary due to regional availability issues. If a substitution is required, our florists will ensure the style, theme, and color scheme are preserved. All substituted products will be of equal or greater value.
10. Duplicate Orders:
If a duplicate order is detected, we will make an attempt to contact you for clarification. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, and our decision will be final.
11. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:
Any attempt of fraudulent behavior, including providing incorrect addresses or unethical instructions, will result in the cancellation of the order and may lead to being banned from the site. We reserve the right to refuse service and cooperate with law enforcement if necessary.
12. Unavailable Recipient:
If the recipient is unavailable to accept the order and delivery instructions specify delivery only to the recipient, the order will be marked as delivered, and no refund will be issued. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for more details.
13. Courier Shipments:
For courier items, delivery is handled by trusted couriers such as BlueDart or equivalent. Delivery dates and timings cannot be guaranteed, and orders will typically be delivered between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Shipping times may vary and typically take 3 to 9 days depending on factors such as product availability and location.
14. Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to extend or deny our services to any individual, organization, or business unit. We are not obligated to explain our decision.
15. Modifications to Terms & Conditions:
