Bdayfy - Cancellation And Refund Policy:

1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of delivery to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 48-hour delivery window begins. For Courier Products, cancellation is not possible if the product has been dispatched, and Personalized Products once placed cannot be canceled.

2. Order cancellations must be made via email with the subject: " Cancellation Request" and sent to wecare@bdayfy.com

Emails should contain the following details:

a. Order ID:
b. Cancellation Reason:
c. Refund Account Details:

3. Cancellations will be initiated only after a formal order cancellation request is received at wecare@bdayfy.com.

4. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

a. The order was canceled.
b. The order was not delivered to the recipient (this excludes cases involving an unfound recipient).
c. If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the delivered product, we will investigate the issue, and if found valid, the customer will receive a full refund or the product will be replaced.

5. Refund requests can only be made in the event of service failure. Our team will evaluate whether an order qualifies for a refund, and the management's decision will be final. Under no circumstances will the refund exceed the amount paid by the customer. We are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount paid.

6. A 5% charge will be applicable in case of cancellations.

7. Any discounted or exempted amount is not eligible for a refund.

8. Any extra amount credited to Bdayfy's account may be considered for order enhancements but is not refundable.

9. In all matters concerning cancellations and refunds, Bdayfy's decision will be final.

10. Bdayfy may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes to this policy, we will notify you via email or an announcement on our website.

11. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will only be issued to your Bdayfy wallet as points. Refunds can be full or partial, depending on the situation. Refunds will only be processed if the order is canceled after its delivery and the payment is received by us.
