- Same-day and advance booking available.
- Our decorator will arrive within your selected time slot.
- Approximate setup time: 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Suitable for home, flats, and hotel room decoration (with prior permission).
- Client needs to provide a stool or ladder for ceiling decoration.
- An electric point should be accessible; extension cords to be arranged by the client.
- All decoration items (except balloons) are on a rental basis and will be collected the next day.
- In case of any issues, please report within 2 hours of delivery for quick resolution.
- Once the decoration process has started, cancellation or rescheduling is not allowed.
- Handle balloons and decor items gently, as balloons can burst easily.
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat exposure to prevent deflation and color fading.
- Keep balloons away from children, especially broken pieces (choking hazard).
- We use paper tape for setup; remove it carefully after the event.
- If needed, use warm air (hair dryer) to safely remove tape from walls.
- Helium balloons are not provided due to safety concerns.
- Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund.
- 24 to 72 hours before the event: No refund.
- 3 to 7 days before the event: ₹500 cancellation fee.
- More than 7 days before the event: No cancellation charges.
- No refund if the receiver refuses to accept the order.
- No cancellations or refunds on 13th–14th Feb, 25th Dec, 31st Dec, and 1st Jan.
- No cancellation or rescheduling once the decoration process has started.
