Better Together Balloon Decoration

Handle balloons and decor items gently, as balloons can burst easily.

Avoid direct sunlight and heat exposure to prevent deflation and color fading.

Keep balloons away from children, especially broken pieces (choking hazard).

We use paper tape for setup; remove it carefully after the event.

If needed, use warm air (hair dryer) to safely remove tape from walls.

Helium balloons are not provided due to safety concerns.

Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund.

24 to 72 hours before the event: No refund.

3 to 7 days before the event: ₹500 cancellation fee.

More than 7 days before the event: No cancellation charges.

No refund if the receiver refuses to accept the order.

No cancellations or refunds on 13th–14th Feb, 25th Dec, 31st Dec, and 1st Jan.

No cancellation or rescheduling once the decoration process has started.
